Socialist, secular and anti-sectarian
May Day marks the international celebration of the social, economic and political achievements of working people throughout the world.
The Belfast May Day march and celebration leaves Writers Square / Donegall Street at 12.00 this Saturday 5 May.
Members, supporters and friends of Workers Party will be participating as usual. The Party contingent will also feature the drums of the ‘Beyond Skin’ anti-sectarian and anti racist project.
In a political climate dominated by class, cuts to public services, assaults on living standards, pensions and benefits it is more important than ever to show that there is an alternative and that Belfast and Northern Ireland are at the front of that struggle.
